Survey finds Skokie residents happier with road repairs, overall quality of life

A growing number of Skokie residents believe the quality of life in their town is “excellent or good,” according to results from a survey presented Monday to the village board.

The 2018 National Citizen Survey was conducted last summer for Skokie by the National Research Center, said Ann Tennes, the village’s director of marketing and communications. The survey was sent to 1,600 randomly selected homes in the village, she said. Residents could also complete the survey online.
